Fantastic week at The Lighthouse. Such a quirky place to stay. Views from every room were amazing. Hard to tear yourself away! Location is perfect, minutes away from the shops and restaurants yet still quiet and relaxing! Lots of great places to eat but the TalTay was a favourite. Enjoyed the week so much, have booked for next year already!"

" Another great week at 'our home from home.' Been on the beach, visited gardens, played mini-golf, had lovely food at restaurants, did shopping, seen lots of seals, 1 pup had to call marine medics out for, as was struggling, fortunately after 1, 1/2 hours of observing it, it began to swim away. 2 huge female seals came to see us just outside our window. We have had rain, teriffic waves, splashing up the rocks near The Lighthouse, it actually ended up crashing over rocks to the Pedn Olva Hotel. Shame to have go home but will be back in May"

"Our second visit to The Lighthouse. I stiil believe it is The best place in St Ives. The views are ever changing - sun/rain/fog/storms but beautiful throughout. We saw seals and Blue Fin Tuna in the seas. It's so relaxing here, we buy takeaways to enjoy evenings of sea views whilst eating, and spend our days walking, sea-glass collecting and just soaking up the atmosphere"

"First stayed at Crab Rock in 1966. Much has changed in the building, not least the creation of The Lighthouse - simply the best! What has not changed is the magnificent location and views and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks below at high tide. Weather kind this week and we both swam every day.
